Mmmm....I'm with Joy on Carrot cake, but also any kind of fruit/berry crumble with vanilla ice cream, as long as the filling is both tart and sweet.

I thought that it would be easier to have it as a permanent feature, and, well... after "managing" C's website I suddenly think that I'm a web genius. Please feel free to change it if you find it irritating.
And... chocolate + raspberry is the very best kind of cake ever.
